1. Method of Payment 
Online payment
 

1. "ONLINE PAYMENT PLATFORM" adopted in our online monopolized shops is to provide customers with online payment service. Being an independent third-party safe payment platform, the platform is to offer customers with an e-commercial payment solution with convenience, safety and stability. So far, the online payment platform is available in 18 banks covering over 60 kinds of credit cards and debit cards.

 

2. A cooperation agreement has been signed between Online Payment Platform and a good number of financial institutions including VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, DinersClub, AMEX, etc. The platform has become a special client of those mentioned above. Its business covering global RMB and foreign currency online payment, the platform has successfully realized its global network coverage.

3. 3D certificated credit card payment is introduced on Online Payment Platform to support VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, etc. 3D certification can ensure the safe payment.

 

4. The first step to realize ¡°ONLINE PAYMENT¡± is to confirm on the order (you must convince of the order not to be paid) on the page of ¡°ORDER SEARCH¡±. The system will guide you to do the following procedures step by step in a safe, convenient and swift way.

 

5. Please log on our ¡°TRADITONAL CHINESE EDITION¡± if you want to pay with any of Chinese bank cards, and then you can register and purchase (and submit the order sheet). You may operate ¡°ONLINE PAYMENT¡± in the ¡°TRADITONAL CHINESE EDITION¡± then.

Bank remittance
  For customers outside Chinese Mainland who shop in our Online Exclusive Shop, only bank remittance is available, listed below is the details for bank remittance:

Note:
1, It is a multi currency Account that can receive remittance of US dollar, Hongkong dollar, Australian dollar, Renminbi (RMB) and other currencies that can be exchanged in China.

2, If you remit your payment from Taiwan to our Account, you shall pay 25 US dollars more for each remittance, since the money remitted from Taiwan can't directly reach our Account, it shall be remitted to my Account via another bank outside China, and such bank shall charge USD25 at a time, so you shall pay USD 25 more.

3, If you can find a person in Chinese Mainland who can pay the money on your behalf, you can have multiple modes of payment to choose from (including postoffice remittance, transfer between bank Accounts, deposit from payer outside Tongxiang), for details, please refer to "Help" listed in "Simplified Chinese" version.

When you money is remitted via bank, you shall indicate in "Bilateral Contact": Payment of RMB****** for Order No. ****has been remitted via bank. Please kindly fax a copy of payment order issued by Bank or send us the emailed copy, thus we can verify your payment and timely dispatch your goods.
Note: You shall indicate the "Order No." in the remarks column; correct Order No. shall have 9 characters, such as "IP-D00001".
 
Others
  In case that orders can't be inquired about due to wrong Order No., please provide user name. The name and address of remitter shall be clearly typed and shall be consistent with registered information so that your information can be easily checked.
 
2. Mode of Delivery
Parcel post
  It can be adopted to deliver goods to Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan and most other countries and regions. Freight for parcel post can be calculated below:

Basic weight:It shall be adopted if parcel weight is below the basic weight.
Basic freight: It is the freight for parcel of basic weight.
Unit of additional weight:It is the unit of additional weight over the basic weight.
Unit price of additional weight:It is the freight for each unit of additional weight.

Parcel weight=net weight of goods *1.15
The system can automatically calculate freight based on total parcel weight and above parameter.
Note: Most post offices can deliver parcels directly to your appointed address and you sometimes need go to post office to collect parcels by yourself.
Express
  It can be adopted to deliver goods to Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries and regions where express is available. Freight for express can be calculated below:

Basic weight:£oIt shall be adopted if parcel weight is below the basic weight.

Unit of additional weight:It is the unit of additional weight over the basic weight.
Unit price of additional weight: It is the freight for each unit of additional weight.

How to inquire about your order?
 

You can sign in our web or call our helpline to inquire about your order state. There are six order states listed below:

New Order£oNewly established order for goods
Contact & Confirmation£oOrder is confirmed on the premise that we have seen your new order and contacted you for your confirmation.
Payment fulfilled£oWe have received your money order; or you can fax us your payment order so that we can dispatch your goods within a shorter period.
Goods Dispatched£oYou goods have been dispatched according to your selected mode of delivery.
Finished: You confirm receipt of your goods or raise no query within a month since goods are dispatched.
Cancelled£oYou have cancelled your order or we fail to contact you due to your incorrect registered information.

If the system tells that my goods have been dispatched, what shall I do if I fail to receive goods after a long time?
 
  • If your goods are dispatched by post office: We can inquire of post office one month after your parcel is dispatched; please contact us if you are sure that you haven't received your goods one month after the order date, we can help you to inquire of the post office and keep you informed after two weeks.

  • If goods are delivered by other means except post, you shall contact us in time and we can immediately inquire about the delivery of your goods.

  • If you fail to duly receive your ordered goods due to delivery failure (such as products are lost, damaged or delivery is delayed), we shall assume the product liability, supply goods again or pay you back (freight included), but we shall never undertake other indirect responsibility.)
How to cancel your order?
 

11. You can cancel your order at any moment before your order is established.
2. If your order has been established while your goods haven't been dispatched, please contact us in time and we can cancel your order.
3. If your ordered goods have been dispatched, please contact us in time and we can take appropriate measures.

How to return or exchange goods?
 

1. If your order hasn't been established, you can alter quantity or varieties of products in your Shopping Cart at any moment;
2. If your order has been established and your goods haven't been dispatched, please contact us in time and we can alter your product details as per your requirements;
3. If your goods have been dispatched, you can return or exchange your goods based on following conditions:

  • Customer discovers quality problems within 10 days since his receipt of the goods, or goods are dirtied or damaged during deliver process;
  • If substituted goods still have quality problems or other problems, the goods can be returned for a refund;
  • If goods shall be returned or exchanged due to customer's faults (customer doesn't fully understand product introduction or repeat ordering the same goods), the customer can contact the manager and come to our factory to settle the matter( VIP customers can settle the matter in an agreed way).
  • Requirements for returning or exchanging goods:
    Goods shall be returned or exchanged within 10 days since customer sign for their goods;
    Package and goods shall be in good condition;
    Original copy of dispatch list is necessary.
  • Customer shall contact us by E-mail or telephone to tell us your order number and reason for returning or exchanging goods.
  • Customers shall bear the freight for returning or exchanging goods and we won't refund the freight for original delivery.

4.Goods can't be returned or exchanged under following circumstances:

  • Customers fail to contact us within valid time for returning or exchanging goods.
  • Goods are in good condition when customers sign for them and they are damaged by the customer side.
  • Relevant invoice is lost or seriously damaged.
How to write out an invoice?
 

We send out product together with its dispatch list when we dispatch the product; dispatch list can be used for returning or exchanging goods, but can't be applied for reimbursement. Invoice can be used for reimbursement, if you need an invoice, please keep us informed during production or payment for your order. If you ask for an invoice when you receive your goods, you can call us and provide your correct address, thus we can send you an invoice by mailing.

  • Why shall I register to be a member?

    Our website must confirm owners of goods in the Shopping Cart; owner information such as contact address, telephone and email must be confirmed before order establishment; owner of order and order number shall also be provided when you inquire about your order; so it would be inconvenient for you if you should provide such information for ordering our goods, and you can avoid such inconvenience once you have registered in our web.

  • How to register to be member?

    You may click 'Member registration' on the top right of the first page, and provide simple information to become a registered member.
    Besides, you can first select your desired goods, click 'Order', and the system will display 'Sign in' or 'Sign up now '. If you are a registered member, you can directly sign in and order your selected products; otherwise you must provide information to become a registered member before you can order your selected products.

  • What is Member ID?

    User applies for member ID when he /she registers to become a member, Member ID can't be repeated in the Online Exclusive Shop. When you visit our shop again, you only need type Member ID and password, and we can know who you are after you succeed in signing in, thus you needn't provide other information for ordering goods.

  • What can I do if I forget my member ID and password?

    If you forget your password, you can click 'Forget password?' under the button of "Sign In", and provide answer to security question, then you can get back your password. If you forget your member ID, please contact us immediately, we can inquire about it.
Warning: You must keep your member ID and password, and never let them out to irrelevant men.
Apply for qualification as a VIP customer.
  You become our "Ordinary Member" after you have successfully registered in our website, thus you can avail yourself of all functions provided by the web and buy your desired goods at favorable prices.

You can apply for qualification as VIP customer based on following items:
  • You will distribute our products; or
  • Your first payment for our goods reaches RMB10000; or
  • Our two parties have established oral or written agreement by other approaches;
You may continue to apply for qualification as VIP customer by clicking 'Join' when fulfilling your registration, or you may click 'Apply for qualification as VIP customer' when you sign in the website later.

VIP Customer can enjoy following items:
  • Based on agreement of the two parties, more favorable prices can be offered;
  • Once you become our VIP customer, you can enjoy favorable prices for VIP customers regardless of the order quantity during first year;
  • After you become our VIP customer, if you total payment during the first year exceed RMB20000, you can still enjoy your qualification as VIP customer during the next year;
  • VIP customer can take the priority of seeing our new products;
  • VIP customer can enjoy same discounts for order by seller's sample and order by self-service assorting;
  • VIP customer can enjoy favorable prices for order by buyer's sample (Favorable prices can't be expressed with certain discounts since there's no base price)
Why my order is turned into a cancelled one?
 
  • You have cancelled your order;

  • We fail to contact you because you didn't provide correct or detailed information about your address, zip code, telephone, Fax number, email, etc;

  • The selected mode of payment/delivery is incorrect, or we fail to receive your remittance within a month;

  • We are out of stock of your ordered goods and we shall never sell them later, your order will be turned into a cancelled one and we will keep you informed by Email.
Note: Be sure to provide accurate information for registration so that goods can be correctly and promptly delivered.
What shall make us take the initiative to contact you?
 
  • We will call you for confirmation after we receive you new order.

  • On the day of dispatch, we will contact you again and tell you arrival time, please find your goods when goods arrive.

  • If your provided address is incorrect or we fail to contact you for several successive times by your provided phone number, we shall contact you by E-mail.

  • We shall take the initiative to contact you if your actual payment is inconsistent with the total sum of your order (total product price + freight) or you haven't provided complete contact information, such as address, zip code or consignee, etc.

  • If we are out of stock of your goods for the moment, we will contact you by telephone or E-mail.
Why does nobody contact us since I have purchased my goods?
 
  • Your provided phone number and fax number are incorrect;

  • Our email is undeliverable due to wrong email address or mail server error;

  • No order number, or remarks about you order is indicated on your payment order.
What you can do for me if you are out of stock of my desired items?
 

Goods can have three states:

  • In stock: Customer can buy them at any moment, and we shall dispatch the goods immediately your order is confirmed;

  • Out of stock: We are out of stock of your desired goods for the moment, yet you can order them, and we shall dispatch the goods immediately we have them;

  • Production stopped: The production of your desired goods is stopped; such goods can't be ordered unless they are ordered in quantity by our VIP customer.
Are there any simple ways for me to buy goods in quantity?
  You can directly contact the manager and we will specially assign a person to contact you, thus you can obtain satisfactory products and quality services within the shortest time.
