Origin: Root and rhizome of Rubia cordifolia L.
Medial effects: Medial effects include removing heat from the blood, regulating blood flow, removing blood stasis and restoring menstrual flow. It can be used to relieve haematemesis, nose bleeding, uterine bleeding, traumatic bleeding, amenia and blood stasis, arthralgia and gall.
To be applied to dye: Silk or cotton fabrics.
